PROCESS
Mark forensically counsels and collaborates with participants and practitioners to develop intervention plans that include clients and, when appropriate, other relevant parties. Interventions aimed at enhancing restorative procedures and contact or rehabilitation programs may fall under this category.
Such facilitation often includes protective behaviour and risk awareness interventions with partners and other family members to encourage assertive communication and establish safe, acceptable limits before commencing any rehabilitation process.

We can also conduct training programs with the individual being assessed, their partners, family members, or staff to demonstrate aspects such as how to identify warning signs of a potential abuser or someone with a criminal history.

Initially, we need to grasp the details of the case, including the parties involved, the purpose of the assessment, the individual's residence, and any background information. Forensic risk evaluations usually incorporate police records, insights regarding other parties involved, such as a new partner and their ability to protect any children, alongside information on convictions or allegations.
The process generally takes six to eight weeks to complete a forensic risk assessment.
