Mark is currently studying fast-tracked a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Southern Queensland (Juris Doctor). Mark has also engaged in a PhD research degree in Coercive Control

Mark is a devoted family man and a caring father. He possesses a wealth of life experiences, having been taken from his family as a child and placed in foster care. He served in the Navy, where he played a significant role in the Falklands conflict and the Iran-Iraq war.

Mark passionately advocates for his clients’ pursuit of justice. He specialises in forensic behavioural support, demonstrating thorough knowledge and practical experience in various behavioural support programs. Additionally, he holds extensive qualifications in forensic behaviour, psychology, counselling, therapy, and training.

With regard to person-centred care, Mark offers personalised care and case management, showcasing his ability to treat individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion, even in challenging situations.

As a leader, Mark fosters a collaborative environment in his businesses, leveraging diverse perspectives and guiding the industry towards modern behavioural management practices while remaining committed to ongoing professional development.

In communication and relationship management, he builds strong rapport with stakeholders through both written and verbal communication, effectively managing conflicts and successfully negotiating at all levels.
